A Message from Dr. Plasky

Dr. Plasky is from Milford and comes to us from St. Bridget School in Cheshire, where she has served since July 2021, as Assistant Principal. Before St. Bridget’s, Dr. Plasky served St. Mary School in Milford as Assistant Principal from 2018-2021. Dr. Plasky’s other teaching assignments include: Saint Rita School in Hamden; St. Gabriel School in Windsor; St. Anthony School in Winsted, and Our Lady of Victory School, in Tyrone, GA. Dr. Plasky earned a B.A. in Psychology and B.S. in Early Childhood Education, in addition to a S.Y.C. in Elementary Education Classroom Specialist from Southern Connecticut State University; an M.A. in Education (Early Childhood) from Kenesaw State University, Kenesaw, GA; and her Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from Southern Connecticut State University. Dr. Plasky is a certified American Red Cross First Aid and CPR Instructor as well as a Lifeguard and Water Safety Instructor. Finally, Dr. Plasky is expert in the use of technology, especially at it relates to its use in the classroom. We are thrilled to have Dr. Plasky lead the St. Matthew School community!
